Smithville (Spring 2025)

In 2025, Baptist Homes will provide care specifically for veterans at the Smithville campus. Smithville is a small town of around 10,000 located 30 minutes north of Kansas City. The Smithville campus will be available for residents in the spring of 2025. While this campus is designed specifically to meet the unique care needs of veterans, particularly related to trauma care and Moral Injury, it is still available to all citizens of Smithville as well. Baptist Homes has been working for several years through its Veterans Care Ministry to develop a standard of care for veterans, recognizing that as veterans age they will be dealing with unique care challenges related to the specific trauma they experienced while serving our country and its citizens. We will be accepting Medicare & Medicaid at the Smithville campus.
