A Heart for People, A Love for Life
At Baptist Homes & Healthcare Ministries (BHHM), we are blessed with dedicated team members who bring passion and kindness to their roles every day. This month, we shine the spotlight on Social Services Director Tessa Tolle, who joined our Adrian campus team in October 2024.
For Tessa, the most rewarding part of her job is spending time with residents and listening to their stories. She finds joy in learning about their lives and cherishes the connections she builds with them.
Tessa’s home life is just as full as her heart! She is engaged to be married on June 21, 2025, and while she doesn’t have children yet, she has plenty to keep her busy with her cows, puppies, horses, and chickens.
We are grateful to have Tessa as part of our team and appreciate the warmth and dedication she brings to BHHM!
Outside of work, Tessa enjoys fishing (especially catch and release), exploring nature, and visiting national parks. She also loves watching movies, relaxing on her front porch, and getting lost in a good book.
